• In-game advertising through Google AdMob
• Optional in-app purchases to remove advertisements

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• Users under 13 require parental consent to use the Game
• Users between 13-17 require parental consent for in-app purchases

3.2 Account Responsibility

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using TallyBlocks, you agree not to:

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

6.1 Purchase Terms

• TallyBlocks offers in-app purchases, including the option to remove advertisements
• All purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law

• Points and other virtual items earned or purchased have no real-world value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money
